Some of you may be familiar with AENDRE – the deli in Eppendorf, a coffeeshop that celebrates vegan food and drinks, serves plantbased food throughout the day and has a beautiful clean and minimalist interior concept. Founder Janine op het Veld has recently opened a second place: AENDRE – the restaurant, situated in Grindelviertel.
During my previous visit to Hamburg to see my friends back from the time when I used to live and work in Hamburg, I stayed with a friend who lives in Grindelviertel and who loves good food as much as I do.
Together, we visited AENDRE – the restaurant three times during one weekend: for a coffee in the morning, dinner and a glass of natural wine in the evening and Sunday brunch the following morning. I enjoyed the minimalist, holistic, healthy and yogic concept a lot! Owner xxx really has a passion for what she does here, the food is 100% vegan, regionally sourced, processed from hands at the restaurant kitchen.
It does come with a prize, that I must say. However, if one loves good food as much as I do, it will be worth paying a little extra money for the treats and delicious food at AENDRE.
Love,
Lea Lou
