I’ve been back in Germany from Goa for almost a week now, and am back in my working routine and the daily hustle. Nonetheless, India is in my heart still, and I hope I will be able to carry my wonderful experience in India around with me for a long time (at least all the way through German winter). From today on there will be weekly vlogs again every Wednesday on Youtube – next week I have a new yoga session, which I filmed by the beach, for you to join! But first things first – this week’s vlog is a wrap-up from my trip to Goa: My #Indiavlog – all about my Yoga Teacher Training and the time in Goa, India!
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen the one or other sun ray in my “story” over the past four weeks. We did have amazing weather in Goa, India, for sure, although 3 x 90 minutes of yoga practice every day got a little too exhausting in the heat at some point, I have to admit that.
I am explaining all about the yoga teacher training, which I did in Goa, in the video below, and am also talking about my experience generally. I will let words be words for now, enjoy my India vlog as well as some of my images, and come back here over the next few weeks, as I will be sharing a little more detailed impressions from my trip with you!
